Preston Cricket Team

Preston Cricket Club was founded in 1882 and is now recognised as one of the leading cricket clubs in the Northern Home Counties.

We operate four Saturday league sides, sometimes five, and run three Sunday teams. We compete in the Saracens Herts Cricket League, the Chess Valley League and play friendly and wandering cricket too. We have a thriving Colts programme and we are always keen to welcome new players, young and old. We are a family orientated and social club and pride ourselves on our hospitality and fun atmosphere. It would be unusual not to find anyone from the cricket team in the Red Lion at any given time so if you fancy playing or finding out more, either ask to speak to someone or Ray will take down your details.
